Shores Automotive is the premier automotive mechanic shop in all of south Florida when it comes to fantastic customer service. Everyone in the shop is so pleasant and makes you feel like family. I live 31 miles from the shop, and to have a piece of mind of knowing I am not being overcharged is worth my time and travel. We recently made a decision to keep our 2014 Mercedes Cabriolet as it only has 23k miles, runs perfectly and looks brand new, but needed some maintenance as it is 7 years old. After a long search we decided on Shores Automotive and boy did we ever make the right decision. Amazing group of people to work with from the family ownership to the professional staff and mechanical engineers. If you are looking for high quality workmanship at 1/3 the Mercedes dealership cost, this is definitely the shop for you. And I almost forgot todays follow up call from owner Billy that goes a long way with me too. I won't even think about going elsewhere. See ya again guys.
