I reached out to Phil and TuffTruckParts to check and see if the reviews were real (how can someone have all 5 star reviews?) and after my first call it all made sense. Lisa and Phil were awesome on every call and every meeting that we had. I trust that he won't do the wrong thing by me and has my best interest in mind. Can't ask for much more than that. Amazing custom shop! I usually have trust issues with these independent places but Tuff Trucks is a highly professional company. Kept me updated on everything that was going on with my truck. The result was utter perfection! Extremely happy with the service. Will be returning to this shop in the future and I personally recommend anyone that is looking for a shop to go here!!!
TuffTruckParts is definitely a good company to do business with, Outstanding customer service for sure, had a issue with some parts missing, Lisa was on top of the problem and had it fix promptly. You don't see customer service like this to often.. These are business we need to keep around, and support in time of need. Did an awesome job on my jeep when I needed to replace the roof!! Super fast, but do the job right. I recommend coming here to get whatever you need done to your car! Amazing place and people.
