I am giving it 1 star, because the course is actually nice. When I made the tee times, I asked if the greens were going through any work, told they were great. When we got there every green had been sanded and painted. BAD. Then the service cart girl was about as rude of customer service I have ever seen in my life. So many other problems as well. Too pricey, to be treated the way were. Would NEVER waste my time there again. I would not recommend going here.

The golf course is absolutely wonderful , The greens are true they were lightning fast the day I played and the next day.Tee boxes were lovely , manicured like it should be for the level of clientele the Waldorf Astoria caters to. The staff is fabulous and very friendly very customer service oriented and conscientious I played there had such a wonderful experience I returned the next day and played such a great track wonderful character for all levels and playing skillsnPace of play was Excellent look forward to seeing you guys again all the best & A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE CART GIRLS thanks for the Amaretto Disaronno and CokenHit them straight not often Ciao

Absolutely gorgeous golf course.nnI personally prefer the West Coast Bent Grass dry climate fairways. This was as close to Western Midwestern turf as you can find in Florida.

Negative experience, wish I could say the opposite. Horrible staff and rude, aggressive players on the course. We were apprehended by a player behind us on the course who began swearing and shouting due to not wanting to wait for us to finish putting. Instead of attending to this matter, the staff placated the customer and did nothing to accommodate the extremely intimidating and uncomfortable inconvenience. Later, this violent customer was seen chatting and laughing with the employees and was clearly friends or relatives with someone on staff. We truly expected better from golf course of this caliber and will be taking our service elsewhere next time that values quality customer service and an enjoyable experience for customers. This business had multiple chances to make this right and I will call BS their attempt to answer this comment online by lying, just to make it look like they care, because they definitely do not, sadly!
