Hair Cuttery

Went for the first time today and had a great experience. Very professional, and the stylists really know how to cut hair well! I love my new haircut and it'll grow in nicely, too. Excellent service overall and good prices! I'm looking forward to going back again the next time I need a trim!

I went in today for a hair cut and color, upon entering the receptionist, greeted me and asked what I needed , I told her I wanted to get a haircut and to possibly do a change of color . She immediately said that she had no availability, the salon literally had only one person who was already getting her hair done. The other stylist was Wanda, who at the moment was on break or something. When she walked out the receptionist called her to the back to speak to her and then she walked up to the reception area and she immediately said she was not available to come back on Monday. I asked her I would only get a haircut no color, she again said , “sorry no I’m leaving already... “ Both the receptionist and Wanda made a disservice today, my mother, aunt as well my sister are all clients at this salon they recommended the salon and well my mother recommended Wanda because she would style her, After today your salon lost four clients . Anyone looking to get service here please look elsewhere, this place is not worth it.

Do not use Marisol. She was rough with my young niece. My niece was shy and didnt say anything but was crying afterwards. The manager and other staff were great but I hope she does not treat all children like that. It is abuse. When working with children of all ages you need empathy and constant communication with them. She did not ask if she was doing ok at any time during the service. Do not use Marisol!

Super clean! The customer service it's super nice!nThe only thing is that they don't have sitting for people who are waiting.nSo if you are there and you have to wait for your turn, you will not have were to sit down. And I think they do this for the social distance and to avoid the crowd, so people just go by appointment.
