Terrible service!!! I was told medicine would be ready in an hour and that I would get a text when ready. I specifically told the lady that I would be waiting outside. After 1 hour and a half I decided to make the line since I never got the text. I waited in front of the window for 45 minutes before someone was thoughtful enough to answer my rings. I get my medicine and not even an apology. I will remind myself never to come to this Walgreens again as they are very unprofessional ud83euddd0
Horrible experience, cashier was rude and kept cutting me while I was talking.nI was trying to drop off something for FedEx and the lady kept telling me to go to another location which I replied “it was closed” because I went there at first... the lady kept being rude and saying “no way it’s open”nHaving such a bad attitude might be the reason you’re still stuck there.
my experience at Walgreen's was terrible. inside the pharmacy, all the employees and the pharmacist are seeing a lot of people without a mask ... and they do nothing ... I was afraid ... you are going to buy medicine at the pharmacy and you are afraid of getting covid-19.
8:30pm and I’m trying to call about my Fedex package delivered there, and my phone call keeps getting hung up on. Terrible customer service.
