I love this store. Every time I come into this 7-Eleven I get the best customer service in town. I am greeted by the employees with a smile from the moment I walk in . Whether it's in the morning in the evening or late night the staff at this location is always welcoming.nYounes, Hector, Wesley, Jessica & Yndor are all professionals & very helpful. I once spoke to the owner in regards to his AMAZING TEAM & I SHARED WITH HIM MY THOUGHTS ON HOW GREAT OF A TEAM HE HAS IN PLACE AND HOW I LOVE COMING TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF SERVICE I RECEIVE EVERY TIME I COME IN. AND JUST SO YOU KNOW I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THINGS CLEAR, THIS IS NOT THE ONLY 7-ELEVEN OR THE ONLY STORE NEARBY ME BUT WITHOUT A DOUBT THIS IS THE 7-ELEVEN THAT MAKES MY DAY A LITTLE BRIGHTER. I went to this Seven Eleven 3 times in 4 month. I alway stay Hilton Tuscany and I went to buy some water and snacks but always close. Every time sign say I will be back 5am for restocking. 1:30am I was there. I always think Seven Eleven is open for anytime anywhere very convenient but this location made me Seven Eleven could close some location. Horrible customer service. Cashier doesn't know how to work in customer service.

My mother and I stopped by this store for a fountain drink after leaving Disney and the outlet malls. We walked in, got out drinks proceeded to the check out. While waiting to be cashed out the cashier but the name of RJ proceeded to very rudely and aggressively tell not ask, but tell my mother and I to put our masks on. Never asked if we saw a sign or asked if we wanted to put a mask on. NO, HE TOLD US TO PUT A MASK ON. My mother is a nurse and told him that she gets checked every week for COVID and myself has been checked for COVID. He then proceeded to argue with my mother in front of other customers and associates of the store. He told my mother that she should know to wear and a mask and that she was ignorant.

Refuel at your own risk!!! Got bad gas at this location. Over $1000 in repairs. Will never trust 7 Eleven gas again.
