Hours posted are 8am to 8pm. Items are overpriced but I understand you are paying for convenience. The shop is stocked with various drink, snacks, grab and go sandwiches, and cute gifts. The issues I encountered over several days warrants the 1 star rating. They advertise Starbucks drinks which are made by the cashiers acting as baristas. The first day we arrived at 7pm to order a caramel frappaccino. They close at 8 however closed down their machines at 7pm on a Saturday night. So we looked around and opted for an ice cream. We stood at the counter for a while, while one person counted out thier drawer and another was cleaning the machines. We were then assisted by the very lady we had been standing in front of the whole time. The customer service is not in line with how we have been treated during our stay. Resort employees are amazing. Food & beverage employees must be outsourced. They were unfriendly.nnWe returned the following day and ordered a popular starbucks drink, caramel frapp. The same 2 workers from night before didn't know how to make it. Kept asking if we meant a cappuccino. They finally located the recipe on a laminated card. They didn't make it like Starbucks does, not even close. It was horrible. We didn't go back. Not even worth arguing for 8 bucks.nnOver the next 4 days we drove off property to get the items we needed. I don't mind paying extra for convenience but I'd pay more or travel further for better service. Save yourself the trouble go to starbucks on vineland. Its about 2 miles away.nnSheraton please please look into this. They make your wonderful resort look really bad.

Hours on Google are wrong.. Closes at 9pm, or when ever they feel like closing..

Really cool shop they have gifts and goodies and it is really good
