7-Eleven

So let’s start off with coming in here to smells like a casino full of cigar smoke, next hey the sign at the door says mask required but the staff members either have no mask on or it’s basically a chin strap. Oh and let’s not forget people walking in without mask. Stay away Covid is having a blast in here.

Was there 2 days ago with my 2 year ols. I paid 23.50 for gas. you could tell the cashier was apprehensive as how to use the POS machine. Anyways my card was approved on my end took the money althoughn7 eleven said it was voided. I am not from Orlando. I was angry to see the money come out of my account due to their system malfunctioning. Now as a previous manager I understand that they could have fixed the problem by giving me the gas! I had receipts that I paid for but instead they called the police and Trespassed me BUT told me to come back tomorrow to speak with a manager, LMAO how? Since I was traveling back home I asked for the manager's contact to get my refund but I was denied that as well. After I cussed them out the police arrived and said of course there was nothing i could do but leave. All 7 eleven had to do was give me a store credit or my money back. Its been 2 days and no one is answering or sending the refund. Guess its in Corporate's hands now.

Horrible place with horrible people. I walk in and the 2 cashiers are just eating and not helping anyone. The one cashier motions me over in an annoyed fashion and doesnt even bother putting his mask back on or even washing his hands after eating wings so he's touching all my stuff which I shouldn't have bought. Even though I shouldn't have I thanked him, and he responded by looking at me and just looking down. Don't waste your time here, there's about 4 other gas stations and I'm sure their staff doesn't have the personality of dead mice like the ones here.

Very friendly staff and large selection of goodies for anytime of the day. However the store has a very pungent cigarette smoke smell.

This is probably the worst gas station that I have ever been to. It took about 15 minutes for me to fill up my tank (when it normally takes 5 minutes if completely empty). On top of it being incredibly slow, when the tank was filled it didn't automatically stop, it overflowed and got gasoline everywhere. Horrible experience.
