Beautiful store with a pleasant staff. They have items that no other Coach store has. I especially liked the dedicated table for special Disney themed Coach items.

I got a new purse in June of 2020, it got a scratch on the inside like a month later, so I called customer service since it was a Disney Springs exclusive purse and I live in Colorado... they told me that no one in Colorado would be able to help me so I’d have to go back to the store in Florida since their mail In location was closed due to Covid. Well, here I am now in October 2020 at the Florida store and they tell me they won’t do anything because my warranty only cover manufacturer defects. I told them I called and asked about the scratch and their customer service said since it was so new it would be covered, and the guy “helping” us still said no. I called customer service again and they said they would get it taken care of, just to send it in. Soo... I just want to say thank you for nothing at the store. I literally flew across the country because I love this purse so much, and y’all didn’t do anything for me. What a horrible feeling and experience. Wasted my time, and the money it cost me to come out here. I love coach and Disney... but I will never shop at this specific location again. Maybe not even Coach in general after this.

I made a purchase on Thursday and had the item mailed to me. Received it today and the bag was missing the hang tag and both the bag and Mickey key chain where just placed in a bag and shipped. NO GIFT BOX, no packing material to keep it from bouncing around in the box. This is a full price retail shop and NO item should be shipped without a gift box. This is the type of treatment I would expect from the outlet store not retail.
