Lori was very attentive and provided awesome customer service - However please provided RAUL some customer service training because he really needs it. In the current environment that we are in people are trying to come out and enjoy a little shopping - I will never shop at this store again because there is a way of talking and expressing your self professionally to customers. The tone , behavior, and the staring was very uncomfortable! Because of RAUL I gave 1 star!
I could not have had a better experience. I was feeling a bit lost and someone, who I imagine was a manger,nCame over to help me and point me in the right direction. She asked me a few questions about my skin and found a product that fit my needs. She also provided some other products that she felt would benefit me and didn’t charge me for them which was really nice of her. I will return to this location again because of the great customer service.
