The old woman (sales associate) with gray hair needs to be retrained by management immediately. My mother and I walked in to Free People at Disney Springs wearing tennis shoes and t-shirts, as we had been at the Disney Parks earlier that day. The sales associate did not greet us or offer to help us as we walked around the entire store. However, as soon as another woman, who was dressed well and not in casual attire, entered, the associate immediately greeted and offered assistance to her. Clearly we were judged the moment we walked in, and I now have a negative impression of this store and do not plan to shop here.
Staff not friendly. Was not greeted upon entering the store. Better shopping experience online.
A girls paradise. We wanted to move in. Staff was polite sweet and knowledgeable. Scrunchies, skin care, sun glasses and a bunch of other fun finds on top of beautiful hues in every piece.
What a bad experience in this store. I purchased a beautiful shirt for $98.00 , which did not fit me well. Unfortunately I misplaced the receipt. Called the store and they say without the receipt I needed to do an even exchange. That same day I went to the store and the cashier (Store Manager) informed me that the value of my shirt with all the tags on it, since I did not have the receipt was only 10 cents. (Yes 10 CENTS) . I could not believe it, I just left the store and left the shirt with them. UNBELIEVABLE.
My girl loves this place, the staff were friendly, and great experience.
