Zara has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My daughter, who is a night nurse in a hospital, received an outfit for Christmas that does not fit. Because of her busy schedule, she missed the 30 day return/exchange period. The sales staff and manager at Disney Springs were completely inflexible and would not allow her to exchange the items. Because she works so much, I called the national customer service number thinking they would give her a one-time exception...you know, a nurse working in the hospital in the middle of a pandemic. Two customer service reps repeatedly stated their policy. No returns/exchanges past 30 days. No exceptions. I hope an $80 outfit was worth losing two customers and possibly whoever reads this. I will never support a business that treats our front line workers so shabbily. If you shop at Zara, think about who you are supporting and the company that enforces policy over good customer service.

One of the longest lines at Disney Springs, often only one or two cashiers who move very slowly and create a longer wait in the process. Utilize employees and the four registers to make customers happier. Very expensive as well

The line was out the door and took forever. Parking was free and easy to get to the store. I returned a few items and it took forever to get the return process in order once finally up to a staff member at the register and we had to wait quite some time for a managers approval. This became a little aggravating beings the store was extremely hot and idk if it was just this day or the people in line I was around from the heat in the store but it didn't smell good at all causing me to not want to shop after getting my return finished.

They only sell cheap clothes just like H&M, but the staff's service and management attitude is like selling to Hermes or Chanel stores. customer care service is bulsht.

A bit pricey for my standards but my kids love this one. My youngest has found a few good deals on items they love. I have only been inside once but it is bright and inviting. Everything seems to be well cared for with plenty of room to get around.
