For years I have went to Florida and saw women wearing these bright colorful pieces and never knew who the designer was! I know, I can hardly believe it myself! I finally asked someone at Disney where they got their dress from and when she said at Disney Springs, Lilly’s I was ecstatic! I jumped right on a bus from the park and bought my first piece. Now it is one of my first stops every time we go and I order online when I’m home in Michigan between trips!!! Absolutely LOVE ❤ufe0f

Similar to many other reviews it seems, the employees at this store are not welcoming. I am a huge Lilly fan and walked into the mostly empty store wearing Lilly even and was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. I was the only person in the store besides one person who was just leaving and the 6 or so employees were just standing around talking to each other. I understand it’s a pandemic but you can at least say hi welcome in from 6 feet away. I worked retail for years so I don’t have any patience for not greeting customers when you aren’t busy. I was planning on purchasing much more when I came in to the store but after that service I bought one thing and left. You’re much better off going to a Signature Store than this corporate store.

Amazing quality. Great clothes that are age appropriate and still makes a girl feel special. I don't like that online prices are much better than brick and mortar store. Also they don't carry everything you see online as well for kids and teens.

It was my first time in a Lilly store and it was a great experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The store looked great and was well-stocked. I can't wait to visit again next time I am in Disney Springs!

Loretta & Tatiana provided the most amazing shopping experience for me at a Lilly Pulitzer store, to date! They were both welcoming and engaging sharing their own Lilly Pulitzer adventures as well as personal stories. I felt I left the store leaving behind two new BFFs! I emphasize, “to date” because this is the beginning of my many Lilly Pulitzer adventures to come making it a sunny day one print at a time!
