First time visiting this store while on vacation in Orlando, Florida. Taylor and Ashley were down-to-earth, friendly and helpful. It was a beautiful, clean store and we could have stayed there all day. Even though they were selling to us, it didn't feel that way. Will visit again the next time we are here for vacation!

I shop here very often and 3/4 of my closet contains their clothes, but last night I went in and one of the ladies that worked there was extremely rude. I was looking for a specific item and they didn’t have it in store which is fine, but when I saw something else I liked, she looked me over and said “and we only have that in small or medium.” I’m disgusted by how I was treated. Also I was receiving help zipping up that item of clothing (which was a medium and fit) and she walks by and rudely says that only one person in a dressing room at a time, I get policy, but how else was I supposed to zip up the clothing item? Terrible service by this lady, wish I could speak to her manager and discuss how terrible I was treated.

I loved the staff! They were so helpful, very outgoing, and went above and beyond with helping me with colors and sizes to make me feel like I wasn't just another sale. My only complaint was that I tried to buy sunglasses at full price (which wasn't cheap) and then realized they were heavily scratched from being on display. When I asked, they said that was the only ones they had, but they still wanted me to pay full price for damaged merchandise. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience!

Cute clothes that are sweet and feminine but with an edge to it. The girls that worked there last night were SO helpful and sweet. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me put together and outfit.

The clothes were cute, but the manager was horrible and treated my teenage daughter and her friends like they were thieves although I was right there with them the entire time. Save your time and order online.
