Advance Auto Parts at this location was well stocked and had everything I needed. The staff was courteous and professional as a matter of fact there was not so nice gentleman that was giving one of the counter guys a hard way to go but this young man maintained his ground with empathy and showed true professionalism by letting the guest vent and then took care of him. The location is busy and the store was a little bit dark meaning not well lite but other than that all good.
Fantastic service and extremely friendly. I’ve been to many AAP locations but this one was the first to tell me about a quick way to find out if I have rewards when I check out by using a simple text message service with my phone number in my account. Christian helped me save an additional $5. Definitely will be coming back to this store.
Overcharged me for an alternator that didn't work.nI will never deal with Advanced ever again.nWill call corporate when I have time.nI been waiting in the parking lot for three hours because they didn't have a replacement.nWhat a joke, then the guy told me he would test it first, now he is making excuses.nIm 4 hours from home while they are playing games, stay away.nAll they care about is your mask.nIf you have a medical condition and they push the issue, the fine is 70 grand!
I love this store it always have what i need for my car, the staff is always helps me with my questions and understand what i am looking for or trying to find.
Very knowledgeable staff. My originally battery cover had a protective cyber in it and was ripping and staff mentioned was a fire hazard. Immediately got rid of it
