I was trying to get a new set of tires for my car today (Sunday) on the. Website says they will be open until 6 pm... I stop there at 4.50 and what they say was that they stop working at 4.30... not at 6... awesome.. that customer service is the worst

The auto center closes at 7 pm, wish I would’ve known they stop taking customers at 6 pm. Had to leave my car on the side of 417 and rush over to buy a tire. Not only did the girl at the service center not know anything about prices, she was barely able to contact a manager. The young man who came to bring us the tire simply walked away and said they were closed, even for placing the new tire on the rim. I know what it’s like to want to go home on time, but that doesn’t mean pushing customers away. I expected more from Walmart.

Im disabled first of all. I had a blowput, i drove on my rim to walmart. I arrive at approximately 6:15, they close at 7. A mechanic walked out to greet me. I asked for a tire, and how much it would cost. He then told me i didnt ask him the right question. He said i should ask him if hed change my tire. I told him they close at 7, to please please help me. Were not from here, and just want to go home. He then said if i take off my own tire and jack it up, hed fix my tire....IM DISABLED...i told him i didnt have a jack. If i could please borrow his. He said no, and explained to me at 6:15 how hes getting ready to go home, and that was his top priority. Needless to say, we the customers didn't get to go home. We didn't recieve anykind of help at all. I think it should be noted picking on the infirm is against the law, i will try to talk with his manager tomorrow, as well as go to corporate. If that dont work then ill seek out the help and opinions of their local news...take my own tire off...and then hed help....IM DISABLED IDIOT...we have rights too and the double standard will stop....hes willing to help if....your either willing to help or not. And dont post hours to the public if you csnt follow through.

Any zeros available for review? By far the worse ever...check out this guy...he says to me, we're closed...an hr prior to closure...then he says, oh you need a plug...go get it inside and put in yourself...congratulations Walmart...you're truly the best!...garbage in equals garbage out! And this guy is truly the best ever...actually made me laugh

Victor is the best!!!!! My husband and I are from out of town and had a dead battery. The auto shop had a two hour wait, so my husband said he would just do it himself. Victor still came over and helped us make sure we did it right. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. Wow. What service and kindness. I am so grateful!
