We wanted to leave one night to grab ice cream only to find our vehicle didn’t work! Called the car care center they were out in 15 minutes to jump our vehicle! Replaced our battery and within an hour we were on our way! Went out the next day and it didn’t start again! They had to replace our smaller battery, but agin we were on our way within an hour! Amazing people and quality care. Highly, recommend!
My radiator blew as we were parking at Disney Springs, we had to be in Daytona by 5:30 that same day. I called and Jerry took such great care of us, he sent Arnie with the tow truck & got us to the shop in no time & on the road by 3:30. So very friendly, professional & trustworthy.nHighly recommend.
We were leaving Fort Wilderness with camper in tow when the engine light started blinking (much more serious than a solid light) on my 2003 300K Tahoe. Engine was running rough and we had a 500 mile trip ahead of us with our 4 year old grandson. We called Anthony at Care Care and he told us to bring it in and they will check it out. They let me unhook the camper on-site while they pulled it into the shop. I was nervous because I don't just let anyone work on our vehicle. We had no choice now. After just an hour of wait time, they diagnosed the exact problem and fully explained it to and provided the cost estimate. They ordered the parts and made the repairs all in just a couple of hours. Turned out I had two bad plug coils. I was thankful they were nearby and professional. They also recommended that I replace all coils because they tend to go out around the same time but also didn't pressure me to have that optional work done now. Thankful for their professional service. We made it safely back to Atlanta!nP.S. Only thing I would recommend is adding another sign to direct you to where the shop is once you turn into the plaza. They are in the back beside the rental car building behind the gas station and it's hard to figure out where to turn exactly. Don't make my mistake and go to bus area.
Had my timing belt replaced and they did great work for a fair price! I had called ahead to make sure they’d have the parts they needed for the job and they ended up missing one, so make sure to emphasize that when calling. It delayed the job by a day and I had to spend $100 on a rental next door. But I’m giving a four stars because of their friendliness and pricing!
They gave me quality service and they also have courteous staff members they are five stars just ask for Jerry he will get the job done and make you Merry
