I had an excellent experience with Jerry, Jeff, and everyone else at the Car Care Center! 5/5 stars and I highly recommend them. This place was so convenient and everyone was very professional and extremely helpful in every way. My car broke down on my way out of Epcot® and it was an extremely high-stress situation for me. I was so thankful for their kindness, quick response, and flexibility. I also really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful everyone was from the initial call from the side of the road until I was back on the road again. Thank you so much to everyone at the Car Care Center! You guys are amazing!

We were on our last day of vacation at Walt Disney World when we realized that our SUV had a semi-flat tire. A large nail was dug deep into one tire. We were able to get it repaired at Car Care Center right there on their Disney property. We enjoyed our last day at the parks while the car care team repaired the tire. They were polite and very helpful. They also got the job done in one day! It saved our entire vacation. Thank you for providing great service. Only Walt Disney would have a Car Care Center right on property (near the magic kingdom) and that type of quality customer service keeps us coming back year after year to vacation there.nThank You, Lisa Smith.nSouth Carolina

I went here today for a simple oil change It was handled quickly and efficiently. But the reason for 5 stars is how they treated another customer who was waiting for a more involved repair. Things were obviously not going well, but they did everything they possibly could to make it right for this customer. Based on their treatment of this other customer this CCC will be my new go to car place

While visiting Disney World with our family in February 2019 our van overheated. When we called the Car Car Center they instantly sent a complimentary tow truck to our location & within 24 hours our van was fixed and ready for our 400 mile trip home. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and understanding & we will absolutely use them again if we ever have car trouble while in Disney again.

My car was hiccuping pretty bad when I brought it in this morning and stalling out. Within 30 minutes they could tell me what was wrong and a price to fix it. Within 6 hours all work was completely finished and I paid exactly why I was quoted! They are all extremely professional and truly caring. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!! Especially Disney cast members!
