Camping World Kissimmee gets 5 stars from start to finish! This was our very first RV purchase. We flew from Colorado on February 13th to pick the RV up and drive back. Our flights were delayed and we didn’t arrive until shortly after 4 p.m. Yet everyone involved worked seamlessly as a team to make sure we were briefed on the RV , all the purchase documents etc... and had all the supplies a first time owner to get going on the road. Robin was our salesperson. She was a wealth of information answering all our questions in a timely manner. Her Manager Tyler was very helpful too working with us to finalize everything. There was only one key to the RV which made me a bit nervous but he told us when we got a key made to send him the bill and he would reimburse us! Extra Kudos!!! This is the Camping World to go to with no worries if you are traveling from afar to purchase a used RV! Definitely ask for Robin! She is professional, knowledgeable , honest and trustworthy!
We just bought a new-to-us travel trailer and could not have done it without the help of Fernanda, Frank and Chuck at the Kissimmee location. These 3 were instrumental in making we found something suitable for our family and were adamant about keeping us within budget no matter what it took. We are extremely happy with the how well they took care of our family throughout the entire process!
Went in for a quick fix on our pin. Upon arriving, heard a noise coming from our wheel area. The operations manager was walking by and was more than happy to listen and take a look. He immediately said something needed to be looked at and made sure he would have it looked at. It turned into a much bigger issue with brakes and bearings than was even initially thought. They fought tooth and nail over 3 days to get it approved under our 1-year manufacturer warranty, and prevailed. During that process, they even made sure we could stay in our rig while we waited for the process to play out. Once approved they were on it. Fixed in a few hours and they made sure we were happy before having us pull out and be on our way once again. From warranty, to service, to the shop, the whole team involved truly went above and beyond. We were treated very, very well by them throughout. I highly recommend this location for service.
Today's awesome service at Camping World Kissimmee shows just how excellent the training is. Jennifer Terrell, parts specialist was able to determine what my repair needs were with a bit of detective work asking me questions of concern about my repairs.nThat made the preparation side of the work for Jesse Messier the Service Director, much faster and exact for their needs. Mike Fritz the Shop Foreman, had his best techs assigned to my unit and made things so smooth for my experience. Kudos to a team that did a great job for me.. what a great team!!nnMany Thanks!
Bought a travel trailer through Camping World, was our 1st and made it a great experience. After realizing the awesome sporting goods department they have, done a good amount of business with Daniel! Great asset to the store and goes above and beyond to take care of customers over and over!!!
