I have completely had it chasing management to do there job while they duck and hide from home owners. Its lie after lie while they duck and hide. I left messages with corporate office asking to speak to Brent the supposed big boss in charge and have not heard anything back. This needs to stop and something needs to change fast. Anyone know who at the top can respond and do something?

We just stayed Saturday - Monday. Staff was pretty friendly. We got to our spot, and it had standing water on it. They let us pick a different spot. During our stay we saw several piles of poop around. We picked up most of it. When we went to leave, I stepped in fresh pile of dog poop. It got all over the inside of my car. Someone needs to enforce the “Pick up after your dog” rule. I also thought it was pretty expensive for 2 nights ($177.00). No concrete pad at all. They are pushing the “Encore” membership. They ought to try to give the better sites for that price. This place would not make me join.

We arrived and stopped by the office to check in. The lady that came out was very friendly. She gave us our paperwork and site number. She explained the way to our site but wasn't sure of which way to pull in. We'll, we ended up pulling through the wrong way. That alone cause quite the headache.nAnyway, we stayed for three nights. There are helicopters flying around all day long. The noice from the nearby road is pretty loud. Police, ambulance and firetruck sirens can also be heard all day long. There are other sites further from the nearby road. Not sure if that would help. Our site didn't include a pad or picnic table. Other sites do but we were not informed when making our reservation. We also didn't ask. There is a key card issued for access to the pool, shower house, etc. The key charge if not returned is $100. We didn't take the key. Well, all in all, the weather cooperated and the overall stay was pleasant.nMost likely looking for other options for next time. We didn't use any of their facilities. Everyone there was very nice and the place is very pet friendly.

Great homes but at the office very cold personality not a friendly person not for some one who asked a questionshe did not understand anything.. I mean she acted like she did not understand saying over and over and being confused.. Not a food place to do business with..nWhen my father in law moved in and now i have a power attorney they are dumb founded... She was in a hurry to close the door on me after u had explained.. So she only gave me a crack in the door to try to talk to her.. BEWARE OF STAFF AT FRONT OFFICE STAFF....

Comfortable and convenient. Could use a lot of maintenance and improvements on the campsites.nNice dog park. Missed activities they used to have.nWhy no propane available?
