This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Service was great and food was almost restaurant style. Usually McDonald's is trash and I only come by for some fries for the kids. But this was amazing
The food was actually fresh but the lady completely forgot my drink after telling me it was being made (after my food was already given to me). When I initially reminded her and pointed to the receipt she pretended to understand what I was saying and continues to make other orders while I'm there for about 5 minutes waiting for a Fanta. I had to ask for a second time and there was nothing but confusion.nnBottom line, drinks are usually the first thing McDonald's makes so not sure why I had to wait for it after I had my food for minutes. No complaints about the food but employees should at least hear customers out to see what they need or are missing.
Our order never came ....45 mins later after complaining twice it came ....wrong! Unbelievable!!!! Next time I'll go to Wendy's!!!
10 piece chicken nuggets, sweet and sour sauce, with Large French fries sprinkled with iodized salt, Large 1/2 sweet and unsweetened tea. Just delicious.
The managers at this McDonald's r nice and seem to work hard. Sorry I don't remember their names. Plus, this location keeps it clean. Every one wears mask fully unlike some other places. I know it's hard work especially w masks.nI go out of my way to go to this McDonald's in Williamsburg vs the one nearest me and my errands because the service, food and employees. Happy Holidays
