Came here tonight with 2 of my friends and we absolutely loved it. The robots of course are adorable. They have a good selection of meats and seafood and sauces. I'm a vegan and when I asked the waitress which one of the broths were vegan she informed me that any of them could be made vegan except the pork bone broth. Which is obvious. The conveyor belt was amazing. Tons of noodle, veggie, and tofu options. Everything was labeled and covered to protect what was inside. We will definitely be going back again.

We had an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly, and even though I was confused on how the place worked at first, they were quick to explain everything. Reservations are a good idea for dinner time, as it gets very busy. The selection of choices was great, and anyone could find something they like there. Olivia and Jack were fantastic!

This was a unique experience! We had seen the place earlier in the week and thought we should give it a try. The place is fairly new but was running pretty smoothly when we were there. We went early and we're able to get a table but I would recommend calling ahead. The robots are a bit of a gimmick but they are cute.nnThe food experience was a true experience. It was difficult to know what to do between the language barrier and the face masks. However, in the end, we left full. There is so much to try so it is hard to not overeat.

This place was pretty clean. The staff was quick and attentive. Kudos to the ownership for the gimmick robot host. I saw it yelling at customers to get out of its way. ud83dude06ud83dude01 Good selection of sauce you can mix yourself. The only reason for the four (4) star is for the limited meat selection compared to other hot pot places I've been to.

An excellent place to enjoy yourself and have new experiences. There's a robot that guides you to your table. You can prepare the foods in your preference how you like them. There's also a lot of selections of meats and vegetables in—such a clean environment. Staffs are very attentive, helpful, and so polite. I enjoyed it. I wish one could be open in Ohio.
