Stopped by the Disney Starbucks to get my caffeine fix but had a minor issue with my drink. The staff was so nice and offered to remake it and fix it and I thought that was super awesome amazing customer service! I think the baristas name was Kayla or Kasey but she was wonderful and really made my day.
I used to fight the urge to go to Starbucks but they finally hooked me. Always try local coffee shops but I just find myself going with the consistent great taste of cold brew from Starbucks. There are two locations at Downtown Disney which make it even more convenient. Starbucks themed cups can be found inside Disney Marketplace.
Good service
I live in Orlando and my family and come to DS frequently! Therefore we always come to this west side Starbucks for coffee! I’m not kidding when I say I’ve been here over 30 times! And every single time my order is accurate, the baristas are friendly and smiling and they are very efficient even if the line is long! This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks! The management team really has their act together here and it shows! Kudos Starbucks!
Extremely busy - Better to mobile order as they seem to complete those first.
