Olivia's Cafe

Excellent lunch!! As always at a Disney resort, we had high expectations of a great meal. Olivia's did not disappoint! Exceptional staff, cool atmosphere and absolutely delicious food! I had the buttermilk fried chicken that was melt in your mouth tender! The whole family remarked on how good everything was. They even took the time to cut my handicapped brothers chicken into small bites! Now that's first class service!! Well done!!

Delicious breakfast food! We were seated quickly and our server was great. The prices are pretty high -- a glass of coke was almost $5. The food and the atmosphere were great, but plan to spend a chunk of change of you eat here. Our bill for 3 people was $80.

So we ate here the day before but had to do a mobile order. It was good, but I get it, they have to pump those out quickly so they won't be the best. Bacon was soggy, eggs a little over cooked, but not a horrible meal.nnThis morning, we actually got to sit in and eat. Everything came out a lot better. But also, for the price you pay, it's not anything amazing. I get it, you go to and stay at Disney, expect to spend a lot of coin. That's my only real complaint, what you get and what you pay for don't really match up.

I ordered the bacon cheese burger for takeout, so did my wife. When I opened the takeout box I found the lettuce, tomato and the onion on the french fries! Nothing to keep the fries from getting soggy and slimy, and nothing to keep the lettuce from getting all wilted. The patty had no discernable seasoning and it was dry. The veggies on the fries would be resolved by a dine in experience. I'm not sure what would fix the dry bland patty.

Went for Christmas dinner. Unfortunately the service left much to be desired. They weren’t busy. Most of the staff congregated right behind where we were seated, and our server didn’t tend to us. It’s like for whatever reason he was assigned to us, away from the rest of his tables. Unfortunately, we got the short end of the stick. When we asked for more rolls, he must have forgotten, and then never came back. When I advised that we weren’t interested in appetizers, because we were going to save room for dessert, he never once came back after our entrees were served to ask what we would like for dessert. Then, a fellow from the kitchen brought out the desserts, later the waiter came to check in, to finally remember that out of the four desserts, the child’s ice cream was omitted. He quickly brought it out. However, two out of the four of us ordered the banana bread pudding, which is supposed to be warm, served with ice cream on top. It was cold. Which defeated the entire point of the dessert. It was not pleasant. Instead of checking on us to see if everything was fine, the waiter was quick to drop of the check and state “got too much??” When I stated no, not the case, it’s advertised as served warm, and it’s cold...and it’s not good and not what I ordered. He was nice to take it off, but didn’t bother to offer to fix it. I would have rather be ask to replace the dessert, and serve it as it was advertised. They were friendly, don’t get me wrong, however they could have made it a more pleasurable experience. We could have chose anywhere for Christmas Dinner. This particular night, it was cold outside, and also cold in the building, and food also got cold fast. Cold ham, green beans, lukewarm mashed potatoes, and stuffing isn’t that great. Could have been better. All in all, it was a “meh” experience. Don’t think we will be going back.
