They helped us just an hour from closing on a Sunday, we were stranded on the side of the road with a blown out tire and missing the special tool for unlocking our locking hubcap so we could change a blown tire. We’re couldn’t get the flat off to change it. We were on our way home so just driving through and didn’t know the area. This awesome Pep Boys team let us have our car towed there and the girl behind the counter scrambled around getting the replacement tires and lug nuts we needed delivered to their shop from neighboring shops, she even stepped in to assist the auto techs to help us get back on the road quickly. They were completely awesome, were able to get those trouble locking lugs nuts off and got us great tires as replacements. This company treated us well, and we appreciated it so much. Great way to treat people in need!

Had my tires rotated (I had an appointment)I brought my KIA in at 11:30 am they had it out in about 2 hours.nThey were friendly and helpful. My car drives very nice.nBe sure to make an appointment

Left front tire had a slow leak.nMechanic found 2 items in the tire.nRepaired tire, honored my warranty also.nOverall, a real good experience with them.

I had my oil change at this location and I'm very satisfied. They were very attentive and worked fast. The front desk lady is very patient and kind, she answered all my questions and even went out of her way to helped me out with a few extra things. Thank you! I'll definitely be coming back.
