Stay far away from this place!!!!!! Paid $125 for diagnostic because the check engine light was on. Engine light was reading catalytic converter. My husband and I were thinking a exhaust issue. Sure enough they came back and told us it was the exhaust in the flex pipe area and quoted us $1,000 to replace the whole exhaust. We decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. So glad we did it end up only costing us $120 bucks to fix the issue else where and the other place didn’t charge a diagnostic fee. When we went to pick the car up from chevy they also informed us we had a nail in our tire and it wasn’t fixable the tire would need to be replaced, we also needed two new filters which were going to be $60 each and new wiper blades. All together we were looking at close to $2,000 they wanted from us. Btw tire was repaired, so was the exhaust and my filters were cleaned all done some where else for way less and better customer service then we got with Chevy. Just wish we would of went somewhere else in the beginning and save the $125 we didn’t need to spend plus the oil change we had them do.. Won’t be returning to them.

I seem to be a regular there due to my mishaps. I think l helped with a few paychecks. ..and Preston Hood employees deserved it with there promptness, professionalism, and good nature ud83dudc4d

Described my problem, came back with their conclusions and cost to repair within half to 3/4 he...had my repaired truck in 2 hrs.I believe these are honest folks and are very professional... I'm from PGH pa, btw.
