Did an amazing job repairing damage to my Focus ST. Paint matched a three stage metallic to perfection. Outlined multiple options and were upfront and honest with the estimate/work required. Would not hesitate to bring any vehicle here for collision repair.
A1 service.nI dropped my car off there to get some custom work done, and I have to say that I'm more than impressed. They are very good about fitting you in when they can despite all of the different projects they have. They're a one-stop shop that works on everything from a '71 El Camino to an Audi R8. Typically, a lot of shops just want to get you in, get your money, and get you out. While Exclusive Customs did get my car out pretty quick, you could tell that they know what your car is worth to you. They almost seem like they care about your car as much as you do. That's the difference between Exclusive Customs and the shop you thought about going to.
These guys mounted and balanced some tires on my 16 STI. They installed a few things like spacers and lugnuts that I dropped off as well. We were also able to diagnose a bad tire I had. All this work happened within a very short window of time so that I wasn’t away from my car for long. I will continue to do business with these folks for all the upcoming custom work I would like to get done to my Subie. I highly recommend them!
