Everyone from admin to call-out repair were positive, personable, and professional. Lloyds responded quickly to my after-hours query and worked an appointment right into my complicated schedule. They facilitated my insurance claim within about three minutes on the phone, and were open and clear about the risk of needing complete windshield replacement due to my description of damage. The technician arrived early, flexed to my schedule change, and got the job done despite my description being wrong (way to bring additional equipment!).

After placing my claim with my insurance, I wanted to go with a local company for my windshield replacement. The whole process with Lloyd's was smooth from beginning to end. Plus, they guarantee their work and buy you dinner. Shout out to Roy! He did a great job and was super nice. The ladies on the phone were pleasant as well. All around great job!
