Its a good place to get coffee whenever it opens. This store has its own hours. Sometimes they want to stay closed the whole day. Honestly we have 2 more Starbucks. Go to the other ones. This one is hardly open.

Always friendly and quick. I feel they are the best Starbucks in the Fort Walton area. I typically prefer local places, but the convience & quickness of this Starbucks is a plus.

I will absolutely never go back to this location even though it is the closest to my work and home. They are insanely slow and unprofessional. I have waited close to 30 minutes for mobile orders the last 3 times AFTER I got to the store to pick it up. People would walk up order and be gone before I could get my mobile order I put it way before them. I will drive the extra 5 minutes to another store. I would rather park and go into target then go back to this store.

I love Starbucks and come here about every day, but lately I’ve been a little disappointed because I ordernOn the app and every time I order whipped cream theres barely any in my drink nor the caramel drizzle I always pay for but never get. Also the wait time is ridiculous. I myself work In fast food and it does not take us this long yet every-time I come there’s a fat line through drive through AND inside, everyone has to wait 15 + for a coffee, plenty employees but everyone is taking their time. C’mon man.

On top of this being the slowest Starbucks, my drink is never made correctly. At every other Starbucks they never have an issue getting it right. It’s not a difficult order but the salted caramel cream is never right. It’s runny/watered down. These drinks are too costly to be wrong every time. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first time it wasn’t right, I even gave them a 3rd chance and it was still wrong. Come on guys.
