At times it can't be a hitter mess sometimes the food is very good and then sometimes it just sits like it's been sitting so long the customer service is Hit or Miss as well you have some very good and some very okay staff but for the most part I've had better times there then bad time so I will give it a B rating

I went this morning to purchase breakfast for my family.,nnThe young lady at the pick up window had her mask down below her mouth and nose while she poured my coffees and out in the lids. On arriving at the window and realizing l was watching her, she quickly pulled up her mask.nnI told her I would not accept the coffee as she was violating health protocol. She shrugged and replied, ‘Whatever!’ No apology. I left with just the food.nWe will not be returning to that particular MacDonalds again.

Yesterday I drove threw to order a large Dr Pepper and the person at the drive thru informed me they were out of large cups and Dr Pepper. This is not the first time this has happened either. Always under staffed. The staff is always sweet, which is why I'm not giving this rating less stars. Today, I pulled up at 4:08 through the drive though, and didn't get my food until 4:22. This too, is a common occurance. The gentleman taking the order in the first window had his mask down the entire time, and took several minutes to respond to my initial request back at the original speaker box. A few weeks back I attempted car pick up, and I had to wait longer than everyone else in the car line. No until the car line had calmed down was I able to get my simple coffee order , of black coffee. This was worse than waiting in line. The drive pick up areas are also extremely far from any of the entrances.
