Jen does an awesome job ensuring you are set up for success! Quick response to questions and personally followed up with me after our first training session! We have been training with Cenk and he is amazing! Works with us to achieve our goals and keeps us engaged.
I love the Snap Hartland facility! it has a very convenient location, updated equipment, and a variety of ways to exercise. there are many options for group training sessions or individual Training with seasoned professionals. the staff and clientele here are a happy group and I always feel better when I’m done working out. After working out there this past year I signed my son up for 2020 so we can both get the gains! We go to a few different Snaps but Hartland is by far our favorite!
I got a phone call and a voicemail from THE OWNER because I would remove this TRX rope so that I could use the Smith machine for its intended use! She called me 3 days after the fact and said she went through the camera footage to find me! She said the trainers used that set up for clients that paid for personal training. What she meant to say was; my basic membership wasn't as valuable as her personal training clients, therefore I'm a second class member. How about you put that dumb rope somewhere else since it can literally be hung anywhere. Stop creeping on the footage and finish your updates. It took several months just to get a water machine in there. This was the final straw. I canceled very soon after.
Was pleased with the location but that’s about it. At first when we tried to sign up it was a mess trying to schedule a time to meet the manager at the gym. Then the place is small. If you hit it at a busy time it is too crowded to actually get a good workout in. Then when I went to cancel, no one would respond for TWO WEEKS even though I was contacting them almost daily. I still haven’t gotten a response into canceling my membership and finally called my credit card company to block them from charging me. What a scam. Do not join. Much better gyms in the area that are bigger and better for the price.
While the gym’s new location was obviously not built to be used as a gym, the space is armed with enough machines and equipment to get in a sufficient workout. I could see it getting filled with patrons very quickly at peak times. You’ll find more space at the nearby Snap Fitness in Sussex.
