Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Caroline was rude the entire time speaking to me and snarky. And then straight lied to me saying that the device will disable the car while it is in motion. Common sense tells me how unsafe that would be. I was on a 20 minute hold just to be given that experience and then she out me on another 20 minute hold and the phone hung up on me. I'll be changing this device out with another company as soon as I get someone on the phone. Currently on hold as we speak. Again.
