I just bought a car from here, exceptional service!!!! Friendly staff, honest and was completely helpful in helping me choose best vehicle for my price that I could afford. I would reccomend anyone to them!!! Thanks again RJ for helping choose a car that was best for me.

I would leave 0 stars if I could, but since that’s not an option, 1star it is. My husband went to look for a vehicle for me this afternoon.. he was looking at one of theirs more affordable vehicles since we aren’t rich by any means and cannot afford luxury. When the salesman finally came out, he immediately tried pulling my husband to the more expensive vehicles, and my husband politely declined since his budget was limited. He saw 2 vehicles he wanted to look at, and the salesman told him he would be right back with the keys. 20 mins later he still hadn’t come back. It started raining so my husband got in his truck to wait. 30 mins later, the salesman had STILL NOT returned. Your job is to sell cars, no matter the price. I’m appalled by the behavior to say the least. Will definitely not try to give them my business again.

I bought a 2010 Buick Enclave from here a little over a year ago.. 4 months in we started having minor problems, overheating.. power steering leak.. etc.. I said.. well its used its going to have problems.. I fixed those myself... a few months after that.. water pump goes out.. paid to have it fixed... couple months later the vehicle starts stalling.. powering off.. bucking. Not sure what the problem was I took it to a mechanic.. he said He thought it was something with the computer.. took to Buick... and Buick came back with a $10, 360 estimate to fix..... motor mount, throttle body, temp sensor, steering gear, struts and mounts, camshaft sensors, control arms and bushings, high pressure fuel pump, fuel rail sensor.. among other small things. I am a hard working father who bought this vehicle trusting it would get my wife and our 4 kids around.. and it has been a nightmare for us financially. The people were very nice at Atlantic Auto.. we were one of their first sales... but this much should never happen when you purchase a $15,000 vehicle with under 80k miles on it.

I hadn’t bought a car in 11 years and didn’t look forward to hiking to dealers in Jax or even off the island—wow, did I just admit to OTB Syndrome? Last Saturday my husband and I stopped by Atlantic Auto Brokers and worked with Eric Childers who was pleasant, helpful and best of all not pushy! Atlantic is a CarFax Advantage Dealer and that made homework very easy. In a week’s time we found the right car at the right price and had it inspected by our local mechanic. Jamie Smith, Atlantic’s owner, was pleasant, helpful and generous with our trade-in and Norm made the purchase process seamless. We look forward to a good long run with our new-to-us vehicle and will readily use Atlantic again for future needs.
