I typical err on the side of not posting a review of it's going to be negative, understanding what businesses are up against in today's environment. However, this particular McDonald's has become consistently below average. What used to be a regular stop 1-2 times a week has now become maybe once a month.nnThe food quality is still decent and the restaurant for the most part is clean, however, wait times -- even to be acknowledged -- have become untenable. It's hard to fathom that they think they can operate with a staff of five during morning rush, but that appears to be the norm.nnThe only thing holding up this location right now is the golden arches.
I used the app to order ahead and chose the option for curbside pick up. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside to ask about my order. I met a frazzled manager without a full staff who told me that the curbside orders were the lowest priority and I would be served after they caught up with the drive through orders. This experience was unusual. The app order is typically ready in about 5 minutes and their staff is normally very courteous. I think using the app and choosing the drive through pick up option might work better.
Good service
Went through the drive-thru with a large order. Was in and out in no time. Wasn't pulled forward to wait. Order was also 100% correct & all there.
I witnessed a really dedicated, hard working professional staff member who really impressed me. Single handedly I consider her a 5 star employee.
