SmartStop Self Storage

SmartStop storage is by far the best storage that I have ever come across. They are very customer service friendly and assist in all your storage and parking needs. Maria, is always on top of her game and welcomes me as Family all the time. This location in Homestead is brand new, clean and up to date with everything. They always have their inventory of materials in stock. I highly recommend SmartStop Self Storage at Homestead five stars all across the board.

Very clean. But definitely lacking enough carts. There were only 2 carts for a 3 story facility on a busy Sunday. We got lucky and got there early before they were all gone.

I love the location of this facility. The customer service personnels were extremely friendly, courteous, and informative. The location was clean, and my rental process was very smooth. Covid practices was followed with masks and gloves. The price of my space was affordable and easy to access. The personnel’s gave me all the things I needed before I left. Camera system available so I feel safe storing my furniture. I will recommend to anyone in need of a storage.

Just don't like how some customers there think its cool to not wear masks during this pandemic

The office staff is amazing and very helpful I went in Thursday morning the 25th with my uncle to ask about possibly getting a bigger unit and the staff had no problem getting me the information that I needed unfortunately I didn’t proceed with the transfer but overall great experience
