First of all very unorganized shipper, I had a 7am app checked in on time was told dock in door 11 for water load, 2hrs go by nothing loaded yet went in to get status and was told load was'nt ready yet had to confirm some freight. 4 hrs go by finally loaded oh but wait now I'm late for receiver app time broker had to do a reschedule due to Suddath's unreadiness I believe they should be held accountable when you set app time it should be honored or you pay for it that's the business. If the driver is late for pickup then then they would end up rescheduling or work you in and not want to pay for detention. It's just not right all around. So if you see Suddath in Hialeah rethink it and avoid
