Guadalupe was a great help with renting out our unit. She was very sweet and walked me through everything. She helped us estimate more or less what unit was best. I’ll be for sure using this storage for a long time coming. Thank you so much!

Lupe and the staff at Public Storage in Miami Lakes are great!!! They are always helpful and outgoing. During this Pandemic it's hard to find people who are willing to go out of their way to help and Lupe never fails.

Staff is friendly, place is clean.nNo 24/7 access.nSometimes staff closes before end of business day hours. Went last week and it was closed at 5:24pm while its posted that they close at 6:00 pm. Not always the case but it has happened to me a few times before.
