MGM Academy

My experience with MGM Academy has always been fine except for this week. After an entire week of back and forth trying to get an answer to a simple question over the phone. I finally had to show up in person to speak to Yunit, who was one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. She ignored me and placed two phone calls while I waited for an answer. I had to ask her again before she acknowledge my presence and then retrieved the information without acknowledging me again. I have never had a problem before, but Junit spoiled my experience and it is a shame to have her representing an otherwise a quality provider.
