We were immediately impressed with the professionalism and courtesy just in our initial phone call for a quote. We called several other companies for quotes as well, but the customer service from Mander far outshined any other company with whom we spoke. They had us at “Hello”! Excellent customer service in every department, superior work, and competitive price! We would most highly recommend them. They value their customers and their company pride is evident in every way.

Quick stone chip repair at a very reasonable price. You have to look very hard at the windshied to even find where the repair was done. Definitely recommend Mander.

(Note: This is my first ever and yes long review!)nI first met the owner Randy a little over a year ago when he stopped in to introduce himself and share some information about his Family owned Business at my place of employment where I worked as an Insurance agent, he even had his grandson with him who seemed very excited to be with Grandpa learning about the “biz!” What immediately caught my attention was Randy’s genuine passion and pride for his long standing company. I was always very happy to send any referrals his way, and to his exceptional team!nWhen I found a large crack in my windshield recently, I knew exactly who I was going to call. I spoke to Alex in the glass department, who I had not previously met. He too, just like the rest of Mander’s awesome team, was extremely kind and helpful. He called my Insurance company right away with me on the call, handled the entire process, and my windshield was fixed the next day!nNow, I HAVE TO NOTE that not only was Alex and Mander already so accommodating with offering to come to my home and/or shuttle my vehicle to the shop if needed, he actually ended up picking my vehicle up from the HAIR SALON where I was able to get in for a last minute appointment, LOL (yes, I almost forgot that my scheduled repair time was that morning! #Embarrassed!)! And because getting to the hair salon was of course more important than stopping to fill my car up with gas that so kindly got me to the salon on fumes HA!.....I had to tell Alex I didn’t think he would make it back to the shop with the very few gas fumes I had left. I offered to give him money and EVEN A TIP if he would so kindly put gas in my car. When he picked up the keys from me at the salon, I had a $20 bill in my hand for him, but he wouldn’t take it and just smiled and said, “we’ll be back soon!” And yes, there was gas in my car when they brought it back with a perfect placed new windshield! ud83dude0anI realize this is a VERY LONG review, but all was worth mentioning!nI SIMPLY CANNOT RECOMMEND MANDER AUTO GLASS AND COLLISION ENOUGH!nThank you Alex! I was a “walk in” for a crack in my windshield. They were able to fix the crack right away, in less than an hour, and were very professional and pleasant.

Went to Mander to repair a chip in our windshield. They did a great job in a very timely manner and I’m very happy with the work that they did.
