The staff are helpful and courteous. Unfortunately their corporate managers do not back them up with the best quality products. I purchased 16 chromed lug nuts to dress up my cars wheels. These started to rust, chip and peel after only 10,000 miles. A little research showed that the best quality chromed lug nuts are made by McGard and were available for about the same price or less than Parts Hut had charged me for their inferior product. I took the rusted nuts back to Parts Hut. The staff were apologetic but did not offer me even a dime of store credit for the over forty dollars that I had wasted there.

Just went to this store and 1 of 4 employees was wearing a mask. Shame on them. Please remember your duty to the over-worked doctors and nurses.

Everyone wears a mask, social distancing at the counter, and they were helpful with everything I needed for my motorcycle. Really Happy.
