I have been a client of Hair Cuttery for over 10 years. Grethel has been my stylist for over 5 of those years. I am a person that is used to high ends salons and great customer service. I found in Hair Cutter and Grethel AMAZING customer service and professionalism at ALL times and I go weekly with no failure. She has always gone above and beyond to satisfy not only me as her client, but all the hundreds of clients that I have witnessed throughout the years. She is great and Hair Cutter has an asset representing their products and service.

The best hair salon in Homestead and Miami! The service is amazing, staff is professional and friendly, and I’m always super excited when I have to go and get my hair done, specially by the stylist Grethel!! She is incredibly amazing! Love this place and highly recommend it!!

I made an appointment for October 3 at 11am. I arrived at salon and waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then was told because my child was with me they would not serve me. My child was expected to wait outside in my vehicle. I am a single parent!!! The customer taken before me was allowed to keep her companion with her in the salon--an adult--but I was expected to leave my minor child in a vehicle unsupervised at least 50 feet from the entrance of salon. I was disgusted and left!! I went to the Supercuts nearby and they happily allowed my child in the salon and cut my hair.
