I love this place. The Manager and Staff are so great! Very professional and good at what they do. I've been going to this location for the past 10 years and they have growing hands. My hair has never been more healthy and long. I Love it!!! I recommend this location to everyone because they always ask me. ud83eudd17ud83eudd17

I was waiting 3 hrs and one took care of me, the supervisor was taking care of her customer but she was just sitting down having a conversation at no time did nothing another girl was waiting for her mother to come in to do her her , at no time no one took the time to assist me. I just moved to this are and went to this place 3 but I'm never going back it's not professional. Not even the supervisor was professional she was just sitting have the conversation of her life. Jus bad service

Told my 9 year old that her dandruff was lice eggs. They flakes right off. It was 820 and her hair was tangled so I don’t think they wanted to touch it. First they insisted on giving me a quote even though I said I don’t care about price. I guess they thought I would leave at a high price. So the. She decided to state that her dandruff was lice after 25 minutes of consult. I think she just didn’t want to deal. The problem is that she left my daughter crying. The way it was told and then told us we needed to leave immediately because my daughter was not allowed in the store. So my 9 year old felt like some monster and didn’t understand why. Terrible. In the end, she got her hair done and it washed off with a simple shampoo.

Their salons are clean and roomy, but they get only a 2 star rating from me, because of their $18 haircut charge (plus my tip). They would retain first time customers, if, they had more reasonable prices for boys and men's haircuts. I won't go again, Hair Cuttery is way too expensive for my budget.
