My first experience was with the Homestead Fl Branch.nnThe plan is to create a more healthy me. I got a basic membership and realized my son would want to be able to attend whenever.nnLouis the employee I highly recommend, for new membership. Listened to what i was wanting and explained why the package he'd suggested was right for me and a guest. He gave myself and son a detailed tour of the equipment, showed us how to follow the instruction for use and explained that the gym had fitness bootcamps and gave us a list with the time and days available.nnI am impressed with the quality I am receiving for the membership.nnPlanet Fitness and Team Goes Above and Beyond As Far As I Can See.nnThanks Louis!ud83dude42nnI will do an update review..ud83dudc4d
The staff was very helpful and understanding of all my questions. There was a young man named Anthony that was taking care of me and made me feel very comfortable. Most welcoming gym I’ve been to.
I have multiple gym membership and by far the gym with the best Customer service has been this planet fitness in particular. Special thanks to Rebecca in the front desk. This particular employee goes the beyond for the customers. And another special thanks to Robert the manager, the best gym manager I’ve ever met. Thank you All for your hard work.

I love the staff. Always willing to help other. Rachel is a phenomenal staff member always assisting. The equipment is great. Wouldn’t go to any other gym.
