He upgraded by locks both at home and at my auto repair shop. He assessed my security risk and offered me several options. I really appreciate his honesty, upfront pricing and free estimates. He gives a full guarantee on all hardware purchased from him, which is a big weight-off. I know that if I ever have issue with the locks or the keys that he will be back to sort it out, free of charge. I highly recommend this company to our all neighbors and to our friends. They are simply the best!
My whole experience was awesome. He was very Helpful from the beginning. He asked me to send pics of the locks so he could give me an exact quote. I really liked that, it reassured me that they had the right info and I would get the right price. He even gave me his emergency slot because I was return to work the next day and couldn't wait. Once they got to the house they worked fast and cleaned! Price was as quote and the friendliness was much appreciated!
He took my request to re-key a new home and arrived on time. He changed both front and side door locks on the house, installed a touchpad smart lock (which I had purchased), and even walked me through what he was doing step-by-step in case I want to do any locksmith work myself in the future. He is the truly a master of his craft, the best locksmith around - in both knowledge and pricing. I will have him do work for me in the future, as well as recommend him to friends and family.
Was about to go to work, but car won't start! Luckily I have contact number of this company. Contacted with them and was informed this company will be sending someone in one hour. Ten minutes later I received a text that someone's arriving in 10 minutes! Yay! He was very friendly, professional and had great advice for me. He jump- start my battery and before you know it, I was to on my way to work. Thank you!
