Gotta say that Luis was great. I ordered a card the day before, got the email that said it was received, that it was printed & ready. I showed up & apparently it wasn't. The printer seemed to have jammed & no one called to tell Me about it until I got there 2 hours after it said it was completed. I was advised to reorder the card to another location but all of them would have been too late.nnSo as I was searching for another Walgreens location to place the order, Luis inspected the printer. After a few minutes, he fixed it. Luis. Fixed. It. Yep, he did. Order was officially completed. You got a good one.nnLuis at Walgreens at US1 & 288th street.

Don’t waste your time calling to find info on your prescriptions because they freaking never pick up. Or if not they pick up and just place you on hold again without answering. Complete disrespect. Then they wonder why people change pharmacies.

I always sent money through western union app. Then when I go to Walgreens I always give my phone number for them to pull out my transaction. Store was packed one one person at the register with the longest line ever. Her name is Brittany. Super nice great experience from her but on the other side the assistant manager was super rude didn’t want to help me he was telling I have to do it all over again then he left and call Brittany to help me he told Brittany he was no able to pull out transaction which he didn’t even try to help or ask for my number like they have before. Not sure why he is the assistant manager if apparently he doesn’t care about the costumer .

There pharmacy takes to long to answer there phone it’s a mission to get of hold of the pharmacy over the phone other then that everything else is great and ok
