My worse 7ELEVEN experience, variety food but the cashiers need more education... they do not know nothing about a good customer service

I had never been treated so badly ... Today 10/19/20 at 12-1 in the afternoon there were two black women who did not serve customers and the only thing they did was walk around the whole store, eat doritos and ignore all the customers that were in the store. I was 30 minutes waiting to be able to fill the gas tank because they did not serve anyone ... This store is good but with those two women they are deteriorating the customer service HORRIBLE

The people there give great customer service. As far as the guy who is complaining about putting $100 as credit card for a $20 purchase of gas anytime you purchase gas from the pub it has $100 purchase hold no matter how much you pay. And as far as the Hot Dog Person sometimes you want the hot dog and it hasn't actually been turned enough on the rotisserie but you see it. Sometimes you just have to ask them to throw it in the oven. As for the wrong pump if you don't know your prom and you give the wrong pump number and someone pulls up to that pump and pumps it that's not 7-Elevens fault you're supposed to look up and see what pump you're at before you go in. They process hundreds of people an hour a day give them a break they are not paid that much and they put up with a lot of BS. They're just trying to make a living.

When this place opened it was awesome now with the new staff running this you could never have hot coffee it’s always some attitude given by the manager. This place NEEDS a new manager who cares about the store

Covid precautions are in place here at this 7-11 in Homestead... No fountain drinks, no self serve coffee, BUT they did have coffee made and the counter person was kind enough to help me out with a cup when I thought I would have to go without...
