Great prices but slow service. Although i arrived at 15 to 7 in the morning, and I was third in line for a tire balance, over 4 hours later i am still waiting...Making matters worse, I had to come back this week because after having the tires rotated and balanced last week they started vibrating.nSometimes it feels like the cost savings isn't worth the frustration of so long a wait.

I had a great experience at this Walmart car care center. From the start the associate at the register was pleasant and a fast help to get my car taking care of. Sergio was great and very professional with the information and service that I needed.

I went to get installed 2 front new tires. Jay and Joan were extremely helpful, kind and honest.This is the type of customer service we need.

The mechanics are great and do their job well. Management needs a better process for welcoming cars and new customers. Sometimes you need to wait up to 45 mins for someone to even acknowledge you. Prices are great but the cashiers need to be a little more friendly as they get paid to do their job.

Got 4 brand new tires here, super cheap and good quality! Made an appointment with them and was in and out in 20 minutes!
