If I could give a negative star, I would. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to buy a vehicle. I called on a vehicle I wanted to purchase and Arnold said it was available. All I wanted before I purchased was to see a picture of the truck bed. I have tried for 4 days now to have them send the picture. I’ve called at least 4 times a day for 4 days. I’ve talked to Arnold and Louis. Their word means nothing. They keep saying they will send and I don’t hear from them. They won’t return calls. They are very good at ignoring, not sales. They don’t want me to purchase the vehicle for some reason and instead of explaining why, they just gave me the run around. I guess they don’t care to take my money which I would have gladly given them. I finally talked to the secretary and was promised pictures from her also. Still nothing. Don’t waste your time. Don’t believe a word they say. I have bought a lot of cars and hands down this is the worst dealership I have come across. Unfortunately, they are giving Ford a bad name. Please read all the one star reviews. This will give you a good idea of how dishonest this dealership is! Open a case against them with Ford Corporate. Hopefully they can get things turned around.

I'm not a person who usually writes online reviews, however, credit must be given when deserved.nThe treatment and level of service that JT provided to me was priceless. He presented me with the best financing options, according to my current needs. He was also very easy going and eager to explain me the features of the vehicle in plain and simple language. It was a pleasure to encounter someone who could make, what could be a very overwhelming experience, into a painless and easy process!nOverall my experience was very positive. I would give them more stars if I could!

Ana (Finance) very knowledgeable and made the process easy and painless. The Ford Crew was amazing and would definitely recommend if you’re looking into purchasing a new/used car.

Had a great experience with Lorenzo Ford. I live over an hour away so I asked to do credit application online and put a deposit down. Was a little concerned I would do this only to get there and say car was gone / try to sell me something different but everything went smooth. If you need a good sales guy ask for Juan T! Finance department was great too.
