Boardwalk, MHP

This is a MHC. It seems safe and secure. Seems to have a nice mix of regulars, who are either retired or working in the area - including families with children. Friendly people with mostly well maintained yards and units. Our site (as with most short-term sites) was spacious. Grass to park on and in front of and behind our unit and very long patio. $33 per night with Passport America (off season April rates).

I was pleasantly surprised. This is by no means a luxury resort and it is more of a mobile park. But it is nicely maintained and people were friendly and residents respected quiet times. I felt safe and they had night time security which inMiami is an added bonus. The RV site did not have cable TV and the hook ups could use an update but if you are spending one or two nights it is a good place to stay. The site I got for my 45 foot rig was comfortable the only issue it was a grass pad. I did not have any problems getting in or out. I would stay again and the staff was very friendly.

Planned to stay one week but had to leave after first night due to death in family. This is a nice park and very accommodating. The spot we were assigned had a broken electrical box. Maintenance responded immediately and reassigned us to another space.

Krystal and Peter have done so much for this community and make it such a wonderful experience. Very clean neighborhood and if I ever need help with anything the staff is wonderful at responding right away.

The place as a park is nice. The maintenance of facilities is not great, but what can you do. Had an issue at the start of our stay with folks complaining on our poodle. The problem was fixed by us, however there is stray dogs that roam and potty in other lots. One pet owner let his dog poop behind the trailer next to us with no leash and no bag to clean up his pets mess. This is not a management issue, but it is a permanent resident that lives in the park. Overall the stay was good, gated so I felt comfortable letting my kids ride their bikes without hoovering over them.
