Cashiers are typically the face of the company, kind of like front line employees. The ones my wife dealt with here, does not make the company and this chain look to good. Their actions reflect how well the place is managed and should reflect the character of management. Very poor customer service and commitment.
Stopped in for sweet tea and it was perfect as usual
I understand I came in 10-15 minutes before closing, but that does not justify the incredibly rude service. My order was rushed and my sandwiches were sloppily made. The staff made it clear they wanted me out of the shop. I love Ike's sandwiches and come here often, but the thought of eating here anymore puts me off. I even got sick from the sandwiches the day after.
Horrible wrong order given at drive thru on highway before noticing
Very slow service. I left without purchasing anything.
